Once again, can we please express our heartfelt thanks to you and your staff for helping to make Jennifer and Alex’s Wedding Reception last Saturday so special?

We have received very many compliments on the quality of the meal and on the level of service – one particular comment was one of amazement at the speed with which every one was served! We were able to relax knowing that we were in such capable hands.

We hope you will get the opportunity to work at -------- again and we have taken the liberty of recommending that “The Secret Kitchen” should be added to the list of caterers that is available to hirers of the hall.

Just Wanted to thank you for your hard work at our wedding on the 12th July 2008. Sorry we have not been in touch before now but we only just returned from honeymoon today.

Once again, I am writing to thank you so much for the superb job you did for us in catering for our party lunch last Sunday. Of course we knew that the food would be delicious- and it was. Everyone commented on what a marvelous spread you put on, and it was such a pleasure to be able to go round guests and see them enjoying their meal so much. Not only that, but you left our kitchen immaculate and the fridge full of delicious goodies that kept us going for days – and fed the freezer! (My brother Simon, who returned for supper on Sunday evening, said ‘Who ever made that quiche knows a thing or two about making quiches’)!

Thank you also for your calm and professional presence, which is so reassuring when guests are streaming in and one feels one, is having to keep too many balls in the air… This was particularly so, given the uncertainty of the weather, although with rain we have had since, we now feel we were lucky there. I’m glad you appreciated our made-over kitchen- I bet you get a warming drawer soon! Your son did a fine job too; he seems to be getting excellent on-the-job training.

Dear Frances,

Thank you so much for the lovely buffet you prepared for me. Everyone said how much they enjoyed the food, commenting on how tasty everything was, so attractive to look at, so ‘different’ from the usual cheese and pineapple etc.
